"They took a little longer to get…"
They took a little longer to get back to me than I’m used to with other companies, which was a bit frustrating at first. But to be fair, they did end up fixing my issue in the end, so I can’t complain too much.

"Super quick drive-thru stop"
I swung by the Krispy Kreme drive-thru on my way to work and I was surprised at how fast it went because even though there were a few cars in front of me the line just kept moving, I got my order in, paid, and had my donuts in my hands within a couple minutes, and the staff was friendly too, so the whole thing was just easy and way better than I expected. Definitely a 5-star stop for me.

Donuts tasted good, but the box showed up a little squashed. Not a big deal, just wish the packaging was better.

"Good quick donut stop"
I stopped by Krispy Kreme and the smell hit me right away, in a good way. Like fresh donuts and coffee, so that already made it feel worth it somehow. The store looked clean and the staff were chill even though it was busy, which I appreciated. I’d probably say 4 stars because it got kind of loud and crowded near the counter, so sitting there wasn’t exactly relaxing, but then again it’s a donut place so maybe that’s just what happens. Still a solid spot if you just want a quick treat...

"Good donuts, slightly dented box"
I was kind of rushing when the order arrived, so I was glad it showed up on time. The donuts still tasted fresh and were really good. The box was a little dented on one side, but luckily nothing inside was ruined. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the packaging was a bit sturdier.

"Good donuts, just check the order"
Ordered a few dozen donuts for a work breakfast through krispykreme.com. The website was easy to use, and the donuts were fresh when they arrived, so that part was great. The only hiccup was the pickup time being a little confusing, and one box had the wrong mix. The staff fixed it without making a big deal, but it did slow us down a bit. Id order from them again, I would just double check everything before leaving.

I’ve ordered from krispykreme a few times now, and every box has shown up tasting exactly how I hoped it would. The donuts have been fresh each time, and I haven’t run into any stale or off batches. The original glazed is still the one I usually end up craving, soft, sweet, and gone faster than I planned...

"Couldn’t resist the hot light"
Saw the hot light on and there was no way I wasn’t stopping, the original glazed were warm and soft and basically disappeared before we even made it back to the car. The staff was really nice even though there was a little line, and ordering on the site was simple enough too, it’s such a small thing but it totally made my night. Easy 5 stars from me...

"Easy enough donut run"
Ordered donuts on Krispy Kreme the other day. Just wanted something quick, honestly. Picking what I wanted was simple, no weird steps or anything. Checkout went through fine too. The only little thing — my pickup time changed after I placed the order. Not by a ton, so it wasn’t really a big deal. Still got my donuts, still happy. Overall, smooth experience.

"Gift Card Arrived Late, But It Worked"
I bought a gift card online and expected it to show up in my email quickly, but it ended up arriving later than it should have. It worked fine once I finally got it, so no issue there, but the wait was annoying. If a company is selling digital gift cards, they need to be more accountable about delivery times or at least communicate better when there’s a delay.
